Financial Literacy Event

Dr. Seuss wrote, “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go.”

As your children grow and decide how they are going to start out on their own path to financial independence, we’d like to help start the conversation in getting them on their way!
On Thursday, August 16th at 2 PM, we are hosting a Financial Literacy event for high school and college-age students here in our Burlington office (Parents encouraged too!).
We will be discussing the following topics;
  • How and when to get started saving
  • Deferring instant gratification
  • Investments 101
  • Good Debt vs. Bad Debt
We’ll be having a Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Sundae bar for the kids (and the kids at heart), as well as a barista for made-to-order coffee drinks (for the adults, of course)!
Please find the details below, we hope to see you there!
